Delivery Times
Please note that in order to avoid waste, many items are made to order, and product pages reflect the current turnaround time for those items. If an item does not have a turnaround time listed, it is ready to ship and will ship out in 2-4 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates, and numerous factors - including but not limited to weather, road construction, holiday rushes, and personnel shortages - may have an effect on the speed of your delivery.
If you have a deadline, an event or birthday, the absolute best way to help your purchase get to you on time is to contact me before you've placed your order. I'll be able to give you the most accurate delivery options, and I'll be able to tell you if I can put a rush on your order.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund at any point before it has shipped.
We take great care in packaging your items, but occasionally something may slip through. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@tenthousanddandelions.com to arrange for the replacement or refund.
You may return any non-custom order in its original condition for a refund minus shipping costs.
Surprise Scarves are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there was an error in your order (i.e. you ordered an infinity scarf and received a bandana).
Made to order items are not custom orders, and are eligible for returns as outlined below unless they are a color, size or material used not offered on the Ten Thousand Dandelions website.
- Please send a return label request to us at hello@tenthousanddandelions.com within 30 days of delivery
- We will provide you with a pdf shipping label
- Once we receive your package, we will process your refund.
