Refund policy

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any point before it has shipped.

I hope you love your Ten Thousand Dandelions item, but should you change your mind about something you may return any non-custom order in its original condition for a refund minus shipping costs. Please send a return label request to me at hello@tenthousanddandelions.com within 30 days of delivery. Once I receive your package, I will process your refund. Please note, packages returned without notice or after the 30-day period may not be eligible for a refund.

I take great care in packaging your items, but occasionally something may slip through. If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact me within 3 days of delivery at hello@tenthousanddandelions.com to arrange for the repair, refund, or return.
